NDev Premium is purchased and owned through the user's NDev Studios account. Modulr is one supported NDev product that can recognise an active Premium server assignment.
Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Pricing and purchase location
Current NDev Premium pricing is published at ndev-studios.com/premium. Purchases, subscription management and billing controls are completed from the signed-in NDev Studios Account.
The Modulr website may explain Premium features but does not maintain a separate authoritative pricing or checkout system.
3. Server slots and Modulr
Each base NDev Premium plan includes one assignable server slot. Optional server-slot add-ons can provide additional recurring capacity.
A server receives Premium behaviour in Modulr only while it is covered by an active NDev Premium assignment. Removing a server assignment does not itself cancel the account's NDev Premium plan.
The Modulr Account may be used to view entitlement state, redeem eligible NDev Premium promotional codes and assign or remove Modulr server coverage.
4. Recurring and Lifetime plans
Monthly and Yearly plans are recurring NDev Premium subscriptions and renew until cancelled in accordance with the checkout and Stripe billing controls. Lifetime plans are one-time base Premium purchases and do not create a recurring base membership charge.
A base Lifetime plan includes its base server-slot capacity. Additional server-slot add-ons remain separate recurring products unless NDev Studios expressly states otherwise.
Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the NDev Premium service, not the lifetime of the customer, Discord account, Discord server, payment provider or any individual NDev product.
5. Founder Lifetime
Founder Lifetime is a limited-window Lifetime offer controlled by the current NDev Premium catalogue. Its availability window and price are shown on the NDev Premium page while the offer is available.
Once a valid Lifetime purchase has been completed and not refunded, reversed or charged back, later price changes do not create an additional charge for that existing entitlement.
6. Manual and promotional Premium
NDev Studios may grant Premium manually or provide promotional codes for trials, testing, giveaways, support resolutions, partners, staff or other legitimate purposes.
Unless expressly promised otherwise in writing, unpaid/manual Premium may be changed, limited or removed where reasonably necessary. Removal of an entitlement for which no payment was made does not itself create a refund right.
7. Renewal and cancellation
Recurring NDev Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled unless the checkout states otherwise. Eligible subscriptions are managed through the NDev Studios Account and Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancelling normally turns off future renewal rather than immediately removing already-paid access. Premium can remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Removing Modulr from a Discord server or removing a Premium server assignment does not automatically cancel an NDev Premium subscription.
If a recurring payment fails, NDev Studios may provide a reasonable grace period while the payment provider retries payment or the user updates their billing method. If payment remains unsuccessful, the affected Premium entitlement or dependent add-ons may expire or be suspended.
9. Refund approach
Premium purchases are normally non-refundable once the purchased entitlement has been successfully provided, unless there is a legitimate reason for a refund or applicable law requires one.
NDev Studios does not use an absolute “all sales final” rule. Genuine mistakes reported promptly, duplicate charges, failed delivery, serious service failures, fraud concerns and statutory rights are considered on their facts.
If a customer makes a genuine accidental purchase and contacts support within 24 hours, NDev Studios will normally give strong consideration to a refund, particularly where there has been little or no meaningful use. This voluntary review period does not shorten any statutory right that may apply for longer.
If a customer is genuinely charged more than once for the same intended entitlement, the duplicate charge should be refunded once verified.
10. Delivery and service failures
If payment succeeds but NDev Studios cannot provide the purchased NDev Premium entitlement because of an NDev Studios fault and the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be considered.
Where a significant NDev/Modulr-side service failure materially prevents use of paid Premium for an extended period, a remedy may include a proportional refund, account credit, additional Premium time or another reasonable resolution depending on impact and duration.
Third-party outages outside NDev Studios' control, including Discord-wide or provider-wide outages, do not automatically create a refund or compensation entitlement.
11. Payment disputes
If a payment is disputed, charged back, reversed or reported as unauthorised, NDev Studios may suspend or remove the Premium entitlement connected to that payment while the matter is investigated or after the payment is reversed.
A payment dispute does not automatically mean that an unrelated Discord server will be blacklisted. Stronger restrictions may be used where there is evidence of deliberate fraud, repeated payment abuse, deception or another serious Terms violation.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights consumers have under applicable law. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, the checkout and post-purchase information will provide the required information, including any effect of asking for Premium performance to begin immediately.
