These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern access to and use of Modulr, a multi-purpose Discord application operated by NDev Studios. Modulr includes the Discord bot, the Modulr website, account features, documentation, support services, connected social-provider features, use of NDev Premium with Modulr, and related services made available by NDev Studios.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By installing or using Modulr, using its commands or configuration interfaces, signing in to the Modulr website, using support services, connecting a third-party account, or using NDev Premium with Modulr, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree, you must stop using Modulr and remove it from any Discord server you manage where appropriate.
Discord's own Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer rules and other applicable platform rules also continue to apply. These Terms are between you and NDev Studios and do not replace Discord's terms.
2. What Modulr provides
Modulr is designed to bring a broad range of Discord server-management requirements into one bot. Current functionality includes moderation, tickets, server logs, welcome and verification tools, forms and applications, levels and activity, social feeds and notifications, roles and member tools, community features, events, giveaways, automation, economy tools and server utilities.
Most server configuration is performed directly inside Discord, primarily through Modulr's /config system and other authorised Discord interactions. The Modulr website is used for product information, documentation, status, product-specific account features, Premium entitlement viewing/server assignment, support and related website functionality. NDev Premium pricing, purchases and billing management are handled through the NDev Studios website.
Features may depend on Discord permissions, Discord APIs, third-party APIs, server configuration, available infrastructure and external service availability.
3. Eligibility and age
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any minimum age required by the law that applies to you.
If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms where required and must provide any consent required by law.
Paid NDev Premium purchases are intended for users aged 18 or over. A user under 18 may only purchase or use paid Premium with the clear permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian who authorises the payment and accepts the relevant purchase terms.
4. Accounts and website access
Modulr may use Discord OAuth to identify you and determine which Discord servers you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any website session associated with it.
You must not attempt to access another person's Modulr account, billing information, Premium entitlements, restricted website areas or internal NDev Studios tools without authorisation.
NDev Studios may restrict access to website account features where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, Terms enforcement, payment disputes or service protection.
Closing or signing out of the Modulr website does not automatically delete Discord server configuration and does not cancel an NDev Premium subscription. Eligible subscriptions are managed through the NDev Studios Account and its billing controls.
5. Server authority, staff permissions and bot permissions
Discord server owners and authorised administrators are responsible for deciding who may configure Modulr in their server and for assigning appropriate Discord permissions.
Modulr may rely on Discord's current ownership, role and permission information to determine access. NDev Studios is not responsible for settling ordinary internal disputes between server owners, administrators or staff members about how a server should be configured.
Server owners remain responsible for the permissions they give their staff and for actions taken by authorised staff through Modulr. Some features may fail or behave differently if Modulr lacks required Discord permissions or if roles, channels, integrations or other dependencies are changed or removed.
6. Discord configuration and user/server content
Authorised users may configure content and behaviour through Modulr, including messages, embeds, ticket panels, forms, applications, moderation settings, logging, role actions, welcome messages, social notifications and other supported features.
You remain responsible for content you or your server provide through Modulr and for ensuring that you have the right to use that content. You must not use Modulr to create, distribute, promote, organise or facilitate content or activity prohibited by these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant NDev Studios a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to host, store, process, transmit, display and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the requested Modulr functionality, comply with applicable law or platform obligations, and enforce these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the separate Modulr Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, Modulr must not be used for illegal activity, explicit sexual/NSFW use, abuse, exploitation, hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, phishing, malware, fraud, malicious automation, raids, spam, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to attack or bypass Modulr systems and limits.
You must also comply with applicable Discord rules and must not use Modulr to enable or promote behaviour that violates those rules.
10. Third-party services and integrations
Modulr depends on third-party services including Discord and, where configured, providers such as YouTube/Google, Twitch, Kick, TikTok and other future integrations. NDev Premium billing is handled centrally by NDev Studios and may use Stripe.
Third parties may change or remove APIs, impose limits, alter policies, experience outages, reject authorisations, delay events or discontinue functionality. NDev Studios cannot guarantee permanent availability of a particular third-party integration or that third-party data will always be complete, immediate or accurate.
Where practical, NDev Studios may modify, pause or replace an integration in response to third-party changes.
11. Availability, development and service changes
Modulr is actively developed. Features, commands, modules, limits, names, interfaces and integrations may be added, changed, paused, replaced or discontinued.
NDev Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific uptime level, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every Discord server configuration unless a separate written commitment expressly says otherwise.
Where a material change significantly reduces the value of a paid Premium feature during an already-paid period, NDev Studios will take reasonable steps to consider affected users. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an alternative feature, account credit, additional Premium time, a proportional refund, or another appropriate remedy. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights.
12. User and account security
You are responsible for securing your Discord account, email account and any device or browser used to access Modulr.
If an attacker gains legitimate access to a compromised Discord account and uses the permissions available to that account to change Modulr configuration, NDev Studios cannot guarantee that those changes can be prevented. NDev Studios may assist with recovery where reasonably possible.
Never send passwords, Discord user tokens, bot tokens, OAuth tokens, API secrets or full payment-card information to Modulr support.
13. Restricted servers and users
NDev Studios may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access to Modulr where reasonably necessary because of abuse, fraud, serious security risk, illegal activity, repeated Terms violations, Discord rule violations, payment abuse, attacks on Modulr, prohibited server use or other high-risk behaviour.
Depending on the circumstances, NDev Studios may:
- disable some or all Modulr functionality in a server;
- force Modulr to leave a server;
- prevent a server from adding Modulr again;
- restrict a user from account or website features;
- pause or remove a Premium assignment from a restricted server;
- preserve relevant enforcement evidence and audit records; or
- take other proportionate steps needed to protect users, Modulr, NDev Studios or third parties.
Server enforcement and user-account/billing enforcement are normally treated separately. A server restriction does not automatically cancel or punish an unrelated paid account unless the account itself was involved in the conduct or another policy requires action.
14. Enforcement and appeals
Users and server owners may request a review of a Modulr restriction through the official Modulr support route.
NDev Studios may ask for information needed to verify ownership, understand the circumstances or assess an appeal. An appeal does not guarantee that a restriction will be removed. Restrictions involving severe abuse, exploitation, fraud, security threats or other serious violations may remain permanent.
NDev Studios may retain relevant IDs, timestamps, configuration or message excerpts, screenshots, detection results and staff notes for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate, document or defend an enforcement decision, subject to applicable law and platform obligations.
15. Intellectual property
Modulr, its source code, systems, website design, documentation, branding, logos and other NDev Studios materials are owned by NDev Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Modulr to users. You must not copy, sell, sublicense, misrepresent, reverse engineer or exploit Modulr or its private systems except where the law expressly gives you a right that cannot be restricted.
User/server content remains subject to section 6 above.
16. Liability and statutory rights
NDev Studios will operate Modulr with reasonable care and skill. However, Modulr depends on third-party platforms and user-controlled server configurations, and not every failure is within NDev Studios' control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDev Studios is not responsible for losses caused by Discord or third-party outages, third-party API changes, incorrect or unauthorised server configuration, compromised user accounts, misuse of Modulr, content supplied by users, or circumstances NDev Studios could not reasonably control.
NDev Studios does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Ending your use of Modulr
You may stop using Modulr at any time by removing it from servers you control, disconnecting linked integrations and signing out of website account features. Any NDev Premium subscription you no longer want must be managed separately through the NDev Studios Account.
Removing Modulr from a Discord server or removing that server's Premium assignment does not automatically cancel an NDev Premium subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the NDev Studios Account and its available billing controls.
Ordinary guild/module data may be retained for a 30-day recovery period after Modulr is removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these Terms
NDev Studios may update these Terms to reflect changes to Modulr, Premium, billing, platform requirements, security practices or applicable law.
Material changes may be announced on the Modulr website, in Modulr HQ, through account notices, or through another reasonable method. Where the law or nature of a change requires renewed acceptance, NDev Studios may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected features.
Minor formatting, clarification or administrative changes may not receive a separate announcement.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country in which you live, nor does it prevent you from using a court or dispute process that applicable consumer law requires to remain available to you.

The preferred route for Modulr product support is the official Modulr HQ support system. NDev Studios commission support is separate and may redirect Modulr-specific requests.
